Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and services supplied by SSP Ecommerce Services Pvt. Ltd. under the Seller Selling Point service brand. A client-specific written proposal, statement of work or agreement may include additional terms and will control if it expressly conflicts with these website terms.
1. Services
SSP provides marketplace-support services that may include seller onboarding assistance, catalogue and listing work, marketplace operations, advertising support, account-health assistance, reporting and consulting. The exact services, deliverables, timing, responsibilities and required permissions are defined in writing before work begins.
2. Independent service provider
SSP is an independent service provider. We are not Amazon, an Amazon affiliate or a marketplace operator, and no endorsement is implied. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Marketplace approvals, rankings, account status and commercial results are controlled by the applicable marketplace and cannot be guaranteed by SSP.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, product and account information.
- Maintain ownership and lawful control of marketplace accounts.
- Grant only the permissions required for the agreed service.
- Review and approve materials, budgets and decisions when requested.
- Comply with marketplace policies and applicable law.
4. Authorised account access
Where account access is required, the client authorises SSP only for the activities described in the written scope. The client remains responsible for account ownership and may change or revoke access. Credentials and permissions must not be shared outside approved channels.
5. Pricing and payment
Pricing is quote-based and may depend on marketplaces, catalogue size, operational workload, advertising scope, reporting requirements and support coverage. Fees, payment dates, taxes and included work are stated in the written proposal. Marketplace fees and advertising spend are separate unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the agreed purpose. Personal information and marketplace information are handled under our Privacy Policy, applicable engagement terms and relevant marketplace requirements.
7. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of material it owned before the engagement. Ownership or permitted use of new deliverables will be stated in the written proposal. Marketplace trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Results and availability
We perform agreed services with reasonable care. Sales, advertising performance, search position, approvals and account outcomes depend on factors outside SSP's control. Website and service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, marketplace changes or third-party systems.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end an engagement according to its written agreement. SSP may pause work when required information, approval or payment is overdue, or when continued activity may violate law, security requirements or marketplace policy. On termination, applicable access will be removed and information handled according to the Privacy Policy and contractual obligations.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any service-specific liability limits are stated in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction over Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise.
